Join VYP for another Behind The Scenes Tour! With the kind assistance of The San Bernardino County Sheriffs Department we will be getting exclusive access to The Adelanto Detention Center.

The Adelanto Detention Center was opened in Janurary 2006 to add much needed space to the Bureau of Detention and Corrections. The Adelanto Detention Center is the first Type II facility to be located in the High Desert and provides safe and secure housing for over 700 inmates.

Over 160 safety, general, and medical employees provide for the security, safety and basic needs of the inmate population.
